PPO and EPO plans.
Full Health Journey and Dr. Dawn are not in network with any Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois HMO plan.
Medicare (Illinois Only)
Traditional Medicare only. Dr. Dawn is not in-network with any Medicare Advantage plans.
Payment
Full Health Journey and Dr. Dawn accept major credit/debit cards for services via online payment through a secure patient portal.
